Site Monitoring

Daily monitoring of property when conditions exist that may present hazardous conditions such as black ice from refreeze.

Dedicated Snow Equipment

The traditional plow truck and shovel don't cut it sometimes. We have dedicated specialty snow removal equipment that is appropriate to each property's needs.

Real-Time Reporting

Real time reporting of service activity and site conditions is time stamped, logged and stored immediately onto a server for better transparency and accountability.

Treated De-icing Material

Bulk treated de-icing material on hand at all times. Using treated de-icer decreases amount of material needed in any given application by up to 30%, melts snow and ice faster and has residual effects that continue to melt ice even once dissolved.

GPS Fleet Tracking

All of our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices so we always know what properties have been serviced, are currently being serviced and still need to be serviced. It also allows us to generate accurate activity logs at the end of each storm.

Damage Inspection Reports

We do our best to avoid property damage however, we also set realistic expectations when it comes to snow being removed by heavy equipment and know it happens from time to time. Pre and post season inspection reports allow us to offer greater transparency and repair damage caused by snow removal operations before it's pointed out to us by our clients.

Commercial Snow Plowing Services

SWKS offers a wide variety of snow plowing services to commercial clients located in Northern New Jersey. We are on-site before a snowstorm starts for our clients requiring zero tolerance contracts and we stay until the storm has stopped and the site is curb-to-curb clear. We keep a fleet of newer model plow trucks on-hand and rigorously maintained to ensure we are able to provide snow plowing services at a moments notice.
